Hi! I’m Victoria,
a Project Manager with a background in Communication and a lifelong commitment to education and social impact.
I was born in a small town in southern Argentina, between the sea and the fields, in a working-class family where education was our most valuable legacy. At 18, I moved 600 km away from home to pursue a degree in Social Communication with a focus on Journalism at the National University of La Plata.
During university, I joined GESEC, a collective working for the right to education in prisons. That experience shaped both my worldview and my professional path. I led and coordinated educational programs in prisons, collaborated with government and civil society stakeholders, and discovered the power of horizontal teamwork. Without realizing it, I was already managing projects: planning, communicating, solving problems, adapting to uncertainty, and always pushing forward.
Over the years, I also worked as a teacher in both secondary schools and university settings. Those experiences strengthened my communication skills, empathy, and ability to lead diverse groups, all of which continue to shape the way I manage teams and projects today.
After graduating, I worked in various public institutions, always combining communication, education, and social purpose. But a part of me was eager to see the world. In 2023, I moved to Australia to improve my English, explore new cultures, and open new personal and professional horizons.
Here, I discovered something key: all those years of work, driven by intuition and passion, aligned perfectly with the Project Management profession. So I decided to formalize my skills, study the discipline in depth, and build a career where I can keep creating meaningful impact — this time, from anywhere in the world.
This portfolio is part of that journey. I’m here to bring clarity, structure, and purpose to projects that matter. Let’s build something together.
