As Communication Project Manager, I acted as a communication bridge between technical departments and the Ministry’s central Communication Directorate. The objective of this project was to improve alignment, clarity, and consistency in how technical initiatives were communicated to the educational community across the province.
I facilitated collaboration between multidisciplinary teams, translated technical content into clear and accessible messages, and supported departments in strengthening their communication strategies. As part of this initiative, I planned and delivered strategic communication workshops, enabling teams to develop communication plans aligned with institutional guidelines and territorial needs. This project enhanced cross-team collaboration and contributed to more effective and coherent public communication.

Educational Storytelling for Social Media –

I coordinated the planning and delivery of visual and audiovisual content for the Ministry of Education’s social media channels. The project focused on telling meaningful stories about educational programs and initiatives across the Buenos Aires Province.
My role involved cross-functional coordination with educational authorities, press officers, and communication teams to define objectives, align messaging, manage timelines, and ensure content quality. I oversaw the end-to-end workflow, from content planning and stakeholder approvals to publication, ensuring consistency with institutional goals and public communication strategies.
🎓 Educational Workshops in Prisons
I managed the end-to-end planning and execution of over ten educational workshops for incarcerated individuals across several correctional facilities. My responsibilities included stakeholder negotiation with educational authorities, prison administration, and civil society organizations. This multi-stakeholder environment demanded effective risk management, communication, and adaptability. The program successfully engaged hundreds of participants and promoted inclusive education in highly complex contexts.
🧑🏫 Teacher Training Programs in Prison Education – UNLP
I designed and implemented recurring pedagogical training seminars for educators teaching in prison environments, in partnership with the National University of La Plata (UNLP). This annual project included needs assessment, content planning, logistics coordination, and evaluation. As a result, hundreds of teachers were formally trained and certified in prison education methodologies. The initiative strengthened the professional development of educators working in challenging and underserved settings.
📘Institutional Book Publication – GESEC (20th Anniversary)
As Project Manager, I led the full editorial process for the publication of GESEC’s institutional book, celebrating its 20th anniversary. I oversaw all phases of the project, from content editing and stakeholder coordination to budget management and vendor liaison with the publishing house. This project required strong time management and attention to detail, as well as strategic planning to ensure a high-quality and timely release.
